dr's gave me 1 week to heal naturally and after that its pin it time, cant wait! signed off work for two months!!!!!

i will one day get a ride in with you guys but everything i worked towards on the bike is currently in a gutter in congleton on the A34 :(

Also will be at the LVRC road race at Swynnerton Sept 6th. Hosted by Newcastle 2001(top fellas) this is for the over... ahem, over 40's. Is there anyone as old as me in the club willing to have a go?
